Wynne Conklin
Wynne is a Master ACE certified Personal Trainer, Postural Rehabilitation and Manual Myofascial Bodyworks Expert with 30 years of experience (at the Trainers Club since 1998).
Her diverse clients include athletes, weekend warriors, those striving to be fit at every age. She also has great expertise and experience with clients transitioning from physical therapy, surgery, or a sedentary lifestyle and want to move and work out pain-free.

Passionate about bringing out the best in each client, she customizes programs for a more able, stronger and grounded body, mitigating any pain that may exist, through corrective breathing exercises and postural restoration based on the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI) treatment approach. She also provides manual myofascial bodywork to relieve deep muscle aches, pain/dysfunction. Pilates training, as well as many other training modalities round-out her approach to best address her clients’ specific needs.
A few years ago, after a hip replacement, the PRI® approach was instrumental in Wynne’s quick and full recovery. This approach centers on our ability/inability to breathe, rotate, and rest symmetrically. Wynne has since helped clients with chronic pain and decreased physical fitness improve dramatically by employing this approach.
When working with Wynne, you can expect an assessment before/after each session to measure improvement. She uses breathing exercises to engage many critical muscles, and you can expect to feel progress quickly because the body feels relief after even just the first hour of being engaged in this new way. Her gentle approach belies her fierce dedication to her clients’ success and ability to reach short/long-term optimal benefits.

Wynn studied Art Therapy & Therapeutic Recreation at the University of Wisconsin, Lacrosse; has a Russian Kettlebell (RKC) level 2 certification, is trained in the Thomas Meyers Anatomy Trains approach, and attended 14 PRI® classes.
